- THANK YOU SOFTWOOD!! THANK YOU WOODY!!!
-
- It is not a question of ever abandoning my Amigas (Unless a better one
- comes along someday... Draco? Actually I haven't even booted my first
- A1000 in 2 years.).
-
- Some poor slobs work in Amiga phobic companies. Every day I use a network
- of 12 SGI Indigos for the important work :-), an ancient IBM for all the
- misc. stuff, and a Mac :-( for Quickmail, Netscape, and (shudder) Word
- :-((. All reports, memos, etc. MUST be MS-Word for the Mac, and I HATE
- it.
-
- I do a very high percentage of my work at night at home, then bring it in
- on floppy. FORTRAN, awk, postscript, etc. programs, .wks spreadsheets,
- all run on Amiga, IBM, SGI unchanged. MS-Word documants don't move home.
- It would cost $600 of MY money for enough memory for my Emplant to run
- Word acceptably.
-
- Think of Win95FinalWriter as the RTF/Word to Amiga FW translater we have
- all waited for. And a bargin at only $3000 (company money) for the
- adapter hardware required to run it.
